Along with clinical practice, I have been actively involved in the field of Education. I have recently completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge, UK, researching educational aspects of sexual health and wellbeing.

In 2016, I co-founded Cambridge Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS) with Julie Sale with the aim of improving sexual wellbeing through professional education in interdisciplinary clinical sexology.

CICS is now inviting applications for its 2018 two-year diploma course in Clinical Sexology. This course will qualify graduates to work as a sex and relationship psychotherapist. Find out more

I am an integrative clinical sexologist (what does this mean?). I graduated as a medical doctor and specialised in sexual & relationship therapy at the Porterbrook Clinic in Sheffield – a centre of excellence, specialising in helping people with all kinds of sexual and relationship problems. I am accredited by the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and currently serve as the vice-chair of the COSRT.

In addition, I have attended the world renowned ESSM Oxford Sexual Medicine Course where I received a comprehensive and rigorous training in various aspects of Sexual Medicine. In 2012, I was awarded the prestigious title of ‘Fellow of European Committee of Sexual Medicine (FECSM)’ by the Multidisciplinary Joint Committee on Sexual Medicine (MJCSM). I am currently the only clinician in and around Cambridge to hold such a qualification.
